We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case format with the objective of making our customers completely happy with their purchase from us. Please be patient as we kindly request that all of our customers fully test out the product and we also offer troubleshooting tips for quick solutions.

Standard Returns

We gladly accept returns of only new and unopened items purchased through our website for a refund minus postage or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address of the order.

For hygienic and welfare purposes, the following items are NON RETURNABLE  if opened or used:

  • Disposable Vapes
  • Atomizers 
  • E-Liquids
  • Replacement Pods & Coils - if temper foil is broken
  • Replacement Coils - if temper seal is broken
  • Spare Parts - Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings
  • Rechargeable Batteries

For our products with special  seals, such as a E-Liquid bottle cap or hardware packaging with tamper-proof stickers, it cannot be returned to us once the seal has been broken or tampered with. 

Warranty Service

Hardware devices purchased directly from us and through our website comes with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the time of delivery. 

Types of products not covered under our 30-Day Warranty:

  • Atomizers 
  • Disposable Vapes
  • Replacement Pods 
  • Replacement Coils
  • Spare Parts - Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings
  • Rechargeable Batteries

In order to be permitted for assistance under our warranty policy, you must  commence our return procedure by email at houseofcrystalsonlinevapestore.com or use our contact us within your 30 days of original delivery date. In addition to that we must receive the defective item back to us before we can process your refund or store credit.

Our 30 Day Limited Warranty eliminates cover for any damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. Additionally, consequential and incidental damages are also not covered under this warranty.

Atomizers such as Tanks and replacement parts (pods and coils) may not be covered as the original manufacturer does not provide warranty  on these types of items. 

Issues With Delivery

Damaged, Missing or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please make sure you inspect your items very carefully upon receiving them, its your responsibility to check all items within that time span and notify us of any problems you have. You may be requested to ship the incorrect or damaged items back to us before your replacement or refund is processed. 

Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by  this warranty.

Additional Information

We can not guarantee the compatibility between items you purchase. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a email with your questions before placing your order. We do not accept returns due to incompatibility mistakes made by you.

Do not send your items back in a regular envelope or paper envelope material as this is not sufficient packaging and may cause items to be lost in the mail or damaged during transit. Padded envelopes or boxes are required. Poor packaging for the return of the products may result in refusal of your return.

Note: Atomizers, pod systems, and starter kits purchased on our website are intended only for use with e-liquids and nicotine salts e-liquids. Any use of cannabis oil, cannabis-based substances, CBD oil, or similar liquids will void any warranty on these products and we will not accept it for a return.

This warranty give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary .

Return Shipping Costs

In regards to the cost of your returns that you send back, you are responsible for any costs that are incurred for shipping your items back to us.   Signature Services and all shipping charges are all non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued back to the original payment provider (Credit card, debit card, etc) or as store credit which you can transfer to another item.
